Problem Note 58813: Data grids on the Alerts tab of the Account Details screen in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering contain misleading information
The Alerts tab on the Account details screen in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering might contain misleading information.
When you click the Alerts tab of the Account details page, you see the following data grids:
- All Alerts For This Account
- All Alerts For All Accounts Related To The Customers On This Account
- All Alerts For All Customers On This Account
The data grids appear as shown below:
The data in data grid #2 and data grid #3 might be swapped. The data in the All Alerts For All Accounts Related To The Customers On This Account data grid should appear instead in the All Alerts For All Customers On This Account data grid. Likewise, the data in the All Alerts For All Customers On This Account data grid should appear in the All Alerts For All Accounts Related To The Customers On This Account data grid.
To work around the problem, edit the fcf-account-details-01.xml user interface definition file. Find the following labels, and swap the label references in the associated data grids:
- field.aml.all.alerts.for.all.customers.on.this.account
- field.aml.all.alerts.for.all.accounts.related.to.the.customers.on.this.account
After you make the change and upload the user interface definition file, the data grids should appear in the following order:
- All Alerts For This Account
- All Alerts For All Customers On This Account
- All Alerts For All Accounts Related To The Customers On This Account
The data grids should appear as shown below:
